How long does it take?
Time required in processing a Mortgage Application varies but in general is a quick and painless process. You are welcome to fill in the first page and submit it to us – following that, I will be in touch with you.
You are also welcome to fill in the entire form and submit it all to us. Either way, it shouldn’t take you more than 15 minutes and we will take care of the rest!
How does it work?
Following your submission of the application in part or whole, I will call you as soon as possible to answer your questions, ask a few of my own to confirm information and, understand your goals and financial position as well as obtain your approval before proceeding with a credit check.
Following this introduction the transmission of information will happen very quickly and we should have an answer within 24 – 48 hours.
