Starting Your Mortgage Application
Below is where you will start your application online by clicking the button "Online Application", which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, whenever you have time.
When you click this button you will be directed to a secure online application portal system call Velocity approved by the BC financial services. You can create an account or continue as guest. Once you go through the step, you will start the process as seen in the image below.
